Domestic: Royal Mail 1st Class is taking up to 10 days; longer for 2nd Class.

US: Due to peak volumes and limited availability or capacity, there are severe backlogs at USPS entry points (airports), leading to delays of up to 9–27 days.

Other international: Most major export routes remain open, but shipments to some destinations are now suspended due to the lack of air transport. Please refer to Royal Mail for the current list.

As of 7 July, Melbourne is under a second full-lockdown, scheduled for 6 weeks. Although production is not expected to be as severely affected as the initial lockdown, manufacturing and despatch times may start to increase.

Exports from Australia are delayed, with shipments to some countries entirely suspended. Please refer to the Australia Post status page for the latest list.

Deliveries within Australia are experiencing delays due to fewer planes operating and carriers running behind on shipments. We advise placing Mother's Day orders as early as possible.

New Zealand orders are automatically being re-routed to Australia Post due to lock-down with other carriers.
